For parcels, state item count, package dimensions, weight and deadline. Identify fragile items or special handling.

Before posting, specify the actual pickup and delivery locations, cargo weight, dimensions and readiness date. Explain whether a tail lift, forklift, side or top loading is needed, opening hours and load securing requirements. For part loads, state pallets, volume and loading metres. Give a price with clear VAT and payment terms or leave it negotiable. Check the carrier’s identity, suitable vehicle and required documents before agreeing. Close the listing once arranged so other carriers see current information.
